The EVRYMAN podcast started as an experiment, one that ran alongside the much bigger experiment: our organization that brought men together in a way that has changed countless lives.

The earliest days of the show, which you can still go listen to, were rambling and slightly unprofessional, but blazing with passion. We ran the show for a handful of years and had some incredible guests on. It was a real highlight for me. As the host, I gained an education that would be hard to find anywhere else.

We are stoked to share that this week, we’re airing the first new episode since 2020. EVRYMAN CEO Jud Kaufman is our first guest, and our conversation is one I strongly encourage you to take in.

It’s called “Resetting the Tone,” a pithy take on the state of men and masculinity amid cultural polarization and how we plan to lead that conversation now and into the future.

Here’s a hot take: eight years ago, we did something bold. We told men they were fucked—not because they were broken, but because they were repressing their truth. And that repression was damaging them and everyone around them. We rallied men to learn new ways that included vulnerability and authenticity. The world was ready.

Now the world is different. Our tech has blown up. Our politics have blown up. And everything feels amped. The world has evolved fast, and we need to evolve with it.

Resetting the tone today means building from that foundation of honesty and then calling men forward to step up and act. What to take action on? That’s your call. But we know there’s a massive natural resource the world isn’t tapping into: the strength and presence of good men willing to lead.
